NotaryLink Share provides instructional guides and resources related to notarial procedures. These are delivered digitally.

1.4 Physical Goods

Occasionally, we may supply printed certificates or documents. These items will be shipped to the address provided by the user.

2. Scheduling and User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate personal details and valid identification. Scheduling changes must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Users may reschedule an online notary appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be issued. This policy is necessary to ensure availability of licensed professionals and to cover administrative costs.

3.2 Information Products

Customers may request a refund of an instructional guide or digital resource within 14 days of delivery if the materials have not been fully accessed. Refunds will be processed via the original method used for purchase within 5 business days of approval.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. After we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued via the original method used for purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. No-Refund Services

Custom document drafting and expedited court filing services are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources and professional time. This ensures prompt delivery and maintains quality standards.
